About
Inala is an isiZulu word for abundance. For us, the name points to what can grow in people and the organisations they shape.
P R Uys is the author of Journey: A Calling and the founder of Inala Journey. His work centres on helping people reflect honestly, lead intentionally and develop others.
Born in South Africa, he trained as a pharmacist and completed an MBA before moving into business and leadership. He spent twenty years in the United States, fifteen of them as a C12 Chair in Georgia working with business owners and executives. Back in South Africa, he continues to work with business owners, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders.
Inala Group LLC owns the Journey work. Inala Journey Press is its publishing imprint.
